Hi I'm Prasanna, an alumnus of MR Institute. I was a student from class 8 to class 11. While I did not have a lot of trouble with studies, I had problems with sitting down for long periods to study and my handwriting was horrendous. The faculty and classmates or more accurately friends were very friendly and they did help me fix some of my problems over the years. It was a fun experience. Zero regrets

There is one person who truly changed the course of my life: Mrs. Premeela Kumaravel Ma'am, along with M.R. Institute. During my school days, I constantly heard that my English was poor. Instead of teaching me patiently, many people simply told me to "learn English" on my own. Very few believed that I could improve. But Ma'am believed in me when others did not. I initially joined M.R. Institute only to strengthen my Mathematics and Science. However, the institute gave me much more than academic knowledge. It transformed my confidence, my communication skills, and the way I think and learn. Today, I am pursuing MBBS, and I can confidently speak and write in English without fear. I owe a significant part of that journey to Mrs. Premeela Kumaravel Ma'am. What makes Ma'am's teaching extraordinary is that she never limits learning to memorization. She teaches every concept in a practical, applied manner, making it easy to understand and impossible to forget. For example, I learned the blood supply of the heart in my 10th standard under her guidance, and even today, as a medical student, I still remember it clearly because of the way she explained it. Her teaching builds concepts that stay with you for life. Beyond academics, Ma'am often shared inspiring stories and life lessons that shaped our character and guided our career paths. She taught us not only how to score marks but also how to dream, persevere, and believe in ourselves. She instilled confidence, discipline, and the courage to face challenges. To me, Mrs. Premeela Kumaravel Ma'am is far more than a teacher. She is my guiding light, my mentor, and the person who transformed my life. I hold her in the highest regard, and in my heart, I see her as a goddess; someone whose kindness, wisdom, and selfless dedication gave me a new direction in life. I will always revere her with profound gratitude and respect. The values she has instilled in me and the confidence she gave me will remain with me forever. Looking back, I realize that M.R. Sir's advice to practise handwriting in a four-line notebook still stays with me, and today, when my Pharmacology record was appreciated for its neat handwriting, the credit goes to him.. Biology and Chemistry were never just subjects to me they became a way of understanding life because of you. I belong to the COVID batch, yet I never lost interest in online classes because you made every class interactive and meaningful. The first chapter you taught was "The Fundamental Unit of Life." While the chapter says the cell is the fundamental unit of life, you became the fundamental unit of my life.You taught us not only Science but also gratitude by introducing us to great scientists like Robert Hooke, Robert Brown, Niels Bohr, and Rutherford. Because of your teaching, I answered one of my NEET questions within seconds.In 9th standard, I struggled to read English confidently. You asked me to read newspapers, record my voice, and send it to you. Your patience and encouragement helped me overcome my fear. Today, I confidently present seminars in medical college because of the confidence you gave me.Your classes were never limited to the syllabus. Through stories like Srikanth Bolla's, you taught us to dream beyond our limitations. Even my uncle, after attending one of your online classes, said, "If I had a teacher like your Mam, I would have scored centum in my school days. When I later taught the Life Processes chapter to one of my juniors, she asked where I had learned to explain it so clearly. I proudly replied, "My Premeela Mam taught me."More than Science, I learned dedication from you. Even when you had complications with your vocal cords and doctors advised complete voice rest, you continued teaching us despite the pain. Even during difficult times when Sir's health was critical, you balanced your family and students with incredible strength. I always pray that God blesses both you and Sir with good health, happiness, peace, and a long life. You never cared only about marks you cared about building people. You encouraged students, provided scholarships, and always gave us the best education. Mam... I am sorry I couldn't score a centum under your guidance. But your lessons will remain with me forever. Even today, I carry your notes and use them as my reference throughout my MBBS journey. They are not just notes; they are treasures that continue to guide me.Your words, values, discipline, and belief in me continue to give me strength whenever life becomes difficult. There were moments when I wanted to give up, but I remembered your face and told myself, "Live one more day... Become someone who makes Premeela Mam proud." That thought gave me the courage to move forward. M.R. Institute didn't just give me an education it transformed my life. Even today, I proudly keep photos of my two beloved teachers on my phone's lock screen, one of whom is my Premeela Mam. Every time I see them, I am reminded to become a better doctor and a better human being. People often say we can only see God in photographs or idols, but I have had the privilege of seeing God standing right in front of me. To me, that God is my Premeela Mam. You are the definition of excellence—the best daughter, the best mother, and the best teacher. Anyone blessed to learn from you gains knowledge, confidence, values, and purpose.When people ask me about my role model, many mention great personalities like Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam or Kalpana Chawla. I deeply respect them, but my answer will always be: "I WANT TO BECOME LIKE MY PREMEELA MAM." ?? THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME IS PREMEELA MAM. No language, words, letters, or even my entire lifetime would be enough to express my love, respect, and gratitude for you. Some teachers teach lessons. Some inspire students and become lifelong inspirations. But you transformed my life. M.R. Institute is the most priceless, precious, and divine gift God has given me.
